- Support Sales and Business Development activities, including preparing company brochures, preparing meeting schedules, working with relevant departments to prepare the content of the contract, closely monitor contract-related work with partners.
- Support administrative and operational tasks between the company and partners, including: guiding customers to use the service operation system, receiving calls and assisting in answering questions,
- Support handling when customers encounter problems when using the system.
- Be responsible for the work related to the periodic debt reconciliation, periodical payment with all partners in the system.
- Organize and manage documents, including related paperwork and contracts
Yêu cầu công việc
- Majoring in Economics / Business Administration ...
- Have 2-3 years of experiences in the same position
- Good command in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
- Good communication, know how to arrange, improve the reasonable work organization.
- Handle work at the office and work under pressure to complete the work.
- Proactive, responsible and disciplined.
