Job Description
Coach, lead, and motivate staff to reach personal and departmental goals.
Fulfil targets set for yourself and the sales team, as well as growth targets for volume and market share for the sales department.
Collect and continuously update market information.
Promote sales of ocean freight, consolidation, customs clearance, and domestic logistics services.
Find new customers or co-loaders for export sales.
Build strong relationships with current and potential customers by attending to customer inquiries and supporting other departments.
Increase awareness of the company and its capabilities in the local market.
Update the market intelligence and related report for management.
Expand the company's footprint in the local market.
Requirement
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferable in logistics, business management, or equivalence.
Fluency in English.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to make plans, arrange work assignments, build teamwork, and work under high pressure.
