Job Description:
- Manage the daily operations at office;
- Handle the reception (such as meeting and greeting clients and guests, answering and forwarding phone calls, sorting and distributing posts, arranging meeting rooms, ...)
- Responsible for sale activities of office rental.
- Strong
customer service and support teams;
- Proficient in computer software (such as MS Word, Excel, ...);
- Other tasks as required
Requirement:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Priority for
Chinese speaking- Good at problem solving, number analyst, planning, monitoring and negotiation skills.
- Willing to do multi-tasks.
