1. Sell Out management and performance management
· Develop sell-out strategy by account/channel; by season; by product category
· Daily display & sell out management
· Weekly sell out progress and market sensing report
· Dealer mapping system
· Dealer salesman caring (Floor salesman incentives/ competition/ happy dinner)
· In-store sell-out activities (launching products, promotion, road show, PC competition, etc.)
2. Promoter Management
· Recruit, train, evaluate and maintain PC quality
· PC allocation to ensure highest productivity
· Target setting, performance check and incentive calculation
3. Reporting on sell-out plan, performance, activities
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5-years of experience in similar position, experience in electronics industry/FMCG is preferred
- Good English comprehension
- Excellent in effective
communication, public speaking and presentation skills
- Have leadership skills with hands-on experience leading a team from 05 years
- Office skills (MS Windows, MS Office, etc....)
