RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data Reporting & Analytics:
- Extract and analyze data from various sources, including accessing distributor databases and sales reporting platforms
- Create reports and dashboards that present data in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross function teams to understand business requirements and provide relevant data-driven solutions
• Budget Reporting & Process Management:
- Responsible for extracting and analyzing budget reports from various sources
- Collaborate with cross function and market teams to provide timely and accurate budget reporting
- Oversee and execute the purchase order processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure that budget and purchasing records are accurately maintained and readily available for audit purposes
- Process and submit expense reports for Commercial Head, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist Finance Manager in preparing budgeting reports, accrual submission and other financial data whenever necessary
• Supply Chain Process Management:
- Coordinate across markets and cross functional teams to prepare and submit volume demand in a timely and accurate manner for shipment of products
- Execute demand plans via entry into SCIPIO system
- Extract and analyze data from various sources to identify gaps in demand planning of products
- Assist Supply Chain manager in preparing demand planning reports, volume forecast, and other documentation required whenever necessary

SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in data visualization and analysis tools such as MS Excel and Power BI.
• Proficient in data analysis and identifying trends and insights for decision making
• Highly collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of data reporting and processes
• Strong written and verbal communication (English) skills
• Highly agile to respond to dynamic working landscape within White Space Markets
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 years of Commercial experience
• Hands on experience in reports visualization and analysis
• Experience in working with third party teams and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required
