OBJECTIVES
We are looking for a Referral Network Manager who will be responsible for identifying the company's growth opportunities through referral networks, and maximizing performance of these networks to achieve the sales targets. You will be one of key members to our dynamic Growth team, together making a huge impact in the sustainable growth of PMAX.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Network Building:
Research, hunt, and build partnerships with potential referrers, who can be business partners or vendors, PMAX's clients, or PMAX's employees.
Build and continuously modify the referral strategy and referral program to maximize both the scalability and productivity.
Develop positive working relationships with network representatives or potential referrers to drive client acquisition for PMAX.
Business Development:
Coordinate with network representatives or potential referrers to create and execute business plans to meet ambitious sales goals.
Educate network representatives or potential referrers about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
Address referral related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and enhance the monetization of each referral network through scalable programs, continuously seeking for qualified deals from the networks and coordinating to close the deal.
Cross functional collaboration:
Work with the marketing team on B2B marketing activities targeting both partners and clients.
Work with the vendor/purchasing team on partnership agreements.
Work with the account team on the referral approach strategy for each client.
Work with the product team on feedback and suggestions of the solutions, systems, and tools for both partners and clients.
Work with the front-office project team on planning and delivering clients' projects.
Work with all other cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and build long term growth.
