Work with Hiring Manager to write job ads, determine selection criteria, and make recruitment plans.
Manage content for job postings in all channels, especially social media channels.
Implement selection procedures from sourcing to screening, interview, and placement.
Optimise recruitment process, including experimenting alternative assessments
Onboard new hires and monitor the probation process to learn about new hires and review selection criteria with Hiring Manager and HR Manager on a regular basis.
Measure, analyse, and evaluate hiring metrics for reporting and
continuous improvement.
Manage different recruitment channels and partners. Propose evidence-based, cost-effective recruitment channels.
Screening the current data pool, and update regularly to maintain database on the platform.
Enhance employer's branding through networking, advertising, and candidate referral activities.
Manage candidate relations, improve candidate experience during recruitment and post-hire.
Keep updated of labor markets in the industry, and work with HR Manager to update recruitment strategy in order to stay attractive and competitive.

2-3years of work experience in staffing, recruitment,
talent acquisition in banking, finance, fintechor relevant industries
Fluent in English in both written and verbal forms
Excellent interpersonal and
