• Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants.
• Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign results.
• Managing the career website and suggesting improvements.
• Creating and curating content.
• Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community.
• Design and support to make the plan of recruiting events.
• Generate updates management team about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement.
• Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry.
• Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels.
• Optimizing channel and advertising spending.
• Managing contracts with vendors and agencies.
• Filter profiles, CVs and organize the recruitment database for use by assigned persons.
• Perform screening interviews in-person or online with candidates.
• Follow the progress, report the results, and problems that exist in the professional work, and propose remedial solutions to achieve the recruitment goals.
• Comply with law and brand and resort's standards, and requirements related to recruitment.
• Be an active part in organizing staff activities.
• Familiarizes with and enforces local HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining and creating a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two-way communication and ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels, achieving colleagues' satisfaction.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Human Resources/ Business Administration/ Marketing/Public Relation or similar relevant field.
2. Service years in the field: at least 1 year of relevant experience or similar role.
3. Knowledge and skills:
• In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
4. Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and a high level of verbal and written English.
