• Determine the recruitment needs in business
• Propose to the manager about the recruitment plan and implement it following approved procedures.
• Implement recruitment communications through different channels (paid or social), make recruitment notices or advert following brand guidelines and presenting Resort's image properly
• Support in designing and updating job description from time to time, and ensure to use it as part of job advert content, and job offer pack to candidates.
• Filter profiles, CVs and organize the recruitment database for use by assigned persons.
• Perform screening interviews in-person or online with candidates
• Make agency contacts and contracts to find people needed for the business (when required)
• Recommend use or changes of channels for better and cost-effective recruitment
• Organize/support the organization of necessary events to attract high quality personnel.
• Follow the progress, report the results, problems that exist in the professional work and propose remedial solutions to achieve the recruitment goals.
• Comply with law and brand and resort's standards, requirements related to recruitment
• Be active part in organizing staff activities
• Familiarizes and enforces local HR policies and procedures
• Performing reference and background checks for supervisor position and above
• Set up schedule and arrange interviews for HR leaders or department leaders as required.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other colleagues and departments
• Suggest any HR related actions required
• Support
administration and organizing annual staff satisfaction survey
• Support to arrange the welcome and Orientation to new comers
• Develop yourself and always look for ways to improve performance through self-review, working on feedback of others, creating development goals for proper action with timeline.
• Build great relations with outside contacts related to tasks assigned (Agencies, Recruit channels...)
• Conduct annual HR compliance/standards self-audit
• Prepares and submits periodic reports for management's use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, such as manning, turnover reports...ect
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in
Human Resources or Business Administration
2. Service years in the field: at least 1 years of relevant experience or similar role
3. Knowledge and skills:
• Ability to maintain confidentiality to the extent possible in all HR related matters
• Very good communication and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, organizational abilities.
• Ability to engage others in support
4. Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and a high level of verbal and written English
