1/ Sales and CRM responsibilities: (under monitoring by Sales and CRM departments)
• Recording walk-in customers in Customer feedback report.
• Recording information, data to make reports which are relevant to sales activities and customer information to related departments and MBV such as:
- Daily Showroom traffic and its general report for MBV audit.
- Weekly Showroom traffic and Test drive
• Arranging for all kind of vehicle transformation.
• Coordinating with Registration staff to arrange for demo circulation registration fee before deadline.
• Checking to make report on damages of demo cars.
• Following up courtesy car based on procedure.
2/ Admin responsibilities:
• Greeting and welcoming walk-in customers, vendors, and guests initiatively & straightly away from the front door of showroom.
• Answering all incoming calls in a pleasant, professional, and courteous manner by maximum the third ring (based on company policy and procedure to take and deliver when the requested person is not available and no one else is able to answer the caller's questions).
• Being responsible for obtaining back up when unable to answer the phones.
• Turning away solicitors in a clear, but friendly way.
• Checking to ensure the cleaning of the demo cars to update vehicle cleaning report.
• Following up to ensure available insurance for demo vehicles.
• Following up demo car request procedure and making demo logbook report.
• Ordering flower for Showroom decoration.
• Collecting and distributing internal and external mails and messages with clear and full records
• Maintaining appearance of front area; decorative plants, arranging newspaper and magazine, brochures, ...
• Turning off equipment after using.
• Leaving work area clean and neat at the end of every shift.
• Supporting bistro keeper to order drinking for customers, guests
• Other duties may be assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum high school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Communication in English.
• Desirable to have sales and customer service experience (automotive or nonautomotive).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructors, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
