You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.
How you will contribute
You will support elements of the site's quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

More about this role:
• Lead a team of QC and work on own to deliver
Quality Assurance work
• Line Gemba every morning, finding out HTR (hard to reach) and SOC (source of contamination), 5S violation and GMP (good manufacturing practice) violations
• Join DMS 2 and 3 (Daily Management system) with teams: [follow up current actions] + [highlight gaps and action plan to close them] + [review and accelerate Kaizen contribution of QA/QE/QC team]
• Review quality KAI and KPI and trigger actions:
+ CTQ (critical to quality): cpm, PPM - part per million and CPM - complaint per million
+ CTP (critical to process)
+ Run rule violation
+ Complaint (Voice + Zalo)
• Handle Quality Policies: own and co-own (make sure QP in place, write SOP, deploy, get people qualified, check, follow up to close gaps and make reports)
+ EM (extraneous matters) risk, GMP (good manufacturing standard)
+ Sanitation
+ Food safety of HACCP (CCP, sPP)
+ PEM / non-PEM
+ Pest control
+ RCA (root cause analysis), CAPA (corrective and preventive action)
+ Non-conforming
+ Hold & release
• Support Initiative, Project, Trial and FPA (first product approval)
What extra ingredients you will bring:
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in quality management, food technology or relevant majors
Job specific requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in equivalent roles, food-related background/experience is a plus
• Have CI (
continuous improvement) mindset and give Kaizen ideas and execute the ideas
• Have IL6S (integrated lean - six-sigma) knowledge and experience and ability to apply to work in agile way
• Upper-immediate English
• MS office proficiency
• Good communication skill
