Job Description
• Control for quality topic of CKD process: CKD element and CKD loopset to ensure all non-conformity issues are solved , follow up open action / opening point list (OPL) until they are closed successfully according to non-conformity guideline.
• Join as team member of problem solving (8D, Shainin, PSS, non-conformity),
Engineering Change Request (ECR), System
Continuous Improvement Projects (S-CIP), FMEA, line release, machine release, decision for blocked parts, concession... to ensure quality risk was assessed accordingly.
• Auditor planning.
• Owner of internal document related to handling complaint with failure plant to plant, Loopline Process audit.
• Quality reporting: input detail of progress of problem solving in OPL and cooperate to make report of weekly plant quality meeting. Using 4Q chart when quality matter is critical case (escalation case or specially request by management). CKD monthly QRM report.
• Quality sheet control.
• Contribute with team to maintain and build up quality system base on PS / IATF requirement.
• Support all blocked stock in plant to achieve PS requirement by closely working within HcP: total coverage time, Inventory ...

Qualifications
• 2 years experience in Automotive manufacturing environment.
• Strong written & oral
communication skill to independently prepare and deliver presentation and proposal.
• Ability to interface with level of the organization.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultanously.
• Computer skills including MS Office, SAP, Power BI and statistical software.
• Basic knowledge in quality systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949).
• Ability to understand and use quality prevention method: FMEA, PRBFM, 8D, PSS, PDCA, VSDiA.
