Our Client - An
international Real Estate Development is urgently looking for a Property Manager to manage one of their facility in Binh Duong Province
Job Descriptions:
· Overall management of building operations (residents, customers, tenants, employees, contractors...)
· Developing policies, regulations, procedures, instructions related to building operation
· Coordinating with the Maintenance team to manage, monitor the security, engineering, infrastructure, fire protection systems
· Making regular reports and advising Directors on the operation of the building
·
Customer relations, solving customer requests and complaints as soon as possible to achieve satisfaction from customer
· Build the annual operation budget
· Other jobs assigned by the Board of Directors
