Responsibilities and Performance Objectives
Ensure transparent communication across project team members.
Develop or update project plans for projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules and staffing.
Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects to ensure the transparency of information between management and development.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Conduct analysis, report current situations, issues and risks, and propose necessary changes to the stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Support to remove blockers of the project teams to achieve goals.

Strong business communication in English and Vietnamese.
Minimum 2 years of working experience, special hands-on experience in the Project Manager role with a technical background.
Well-proven experience in managing multi-regional / distributed project teams.
Proven experience in project plan, project estimation, quality management, resource management, and risk management.
Good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills.
Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately report on project progress and outcomes to management groups.
Solid knowledge and practices with traditional SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Attitude to do everything possible to over-achieve project goals.
Passion to study more knowledge about technology, especially in AI.
