● As the Lead of the Project Management Office for Business Transformation, you will initiate and manage all high-impact projects in Shopee Xpress. Project types include (but not limited to) establishing new facilities, installing automation capability, launching new product lines, etc.
● Be the lead of change management agent to all the organization on projects.
● Approach projects with calculated risk assessments, provide and implement mitigation plans as required.
● Analyze project proposals (internal and vendors) to determine time frame, funding limitations and appropriate process for accomplishing projects.
● Build financial models for business cases of projects relating to Capex investments.
● Apply structural and analytical approach to resolve critical business problems
● Provide and enable project prioritization, management information, financial reporting, resource planning, decision making, and recruitment.
● Lead a mid-size team and supervise all projects in the pipeline; ensuring project on-time delivery and within budget
● Perform team member supervision including performance management, career growth and development
● Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life-cycle, and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
● Manage multiple stakeholders from varied departments to achieve business goals and report to updates to the Head of SPX, company CEO, Regional teams, etc.
● Collaborate with respective departments to do post implementation reviews to ensure compliance to the original investment plan.

● Can demonstrate excellent leadership; could coach and provide constructive feedback to improve team capability and project excellence.
● Can apply different structures to analyze existing processes and identify cost drivers and/or improvement opportunities and optimizations.
● Can establish a new process or business approach to sustainably deliver expected business results
● Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to multitask
● Excellent
communication skills (both verbal and written). The ability to articulate to senior management project and its updates.
● Familiar with common financial models and practices (such as NPV and Cash-flow analysis, break-even point analysis, IRR, ROI, etc.)
● Proactively seek for information and can think on one's feet when there's ambiguity, issues, challenges. Be a change management agent.
● 5-7 years experience in positions related to Process Improvement,
Business Intelligence, business transformations, Project Management... in large-scale companies is a plus (Generalist is preferable)
● Able to work independently and deliver quality work on time in a dynamic work environment
● Fluent in English and other office skills
