The Product Supervisor will be responsible for the management of the product development of the products/ system under Target Market (TM) Engineered Refurbishment. In addition, to the various Product Supervisor duties noted below, this position will manage refurbishment portfolio, and provide necessary support to the sales and marketing departments.
The position resides in Ho Chi Minh City and reports to the TM Engineered Refurbishment Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Together with TM Engineered Refurbishment Manager to develop and review technical plans of Target Market Refurbishment of Vietnam.
Coordinate with R&D, QC, Operation, Marketing, Technical, and Sales teams in optimizing, and expanding the knowledge and experience of TM Engineered Refurbishment products.
Be responsible for the up-to-date and accuracy of all appropriate sales and supporting documents belonging to TM Engineered Refurbishment.
Together with TM Refurbishment Manager to update and introduce the new technologies of Refurbishment to local organizations.
Together with TM Refurbishment Manager to manage PDP, PMP and Trading Product Processes.
Coordinate with Marketing, Technical, and Sales teams to train applicators to maintain adequate knowledge on the application at high technical levels of applicators with TM Engineered Refurbishment products.
Provide technical support in particular to major foreign contractors and major mega projects.
Be fully aware of products and market trends, advise TM Refurbishment Manager about competitors' activities and keep relevant managers briefed.
Develop and maintain Environmental - Safety - Health policies and procedures; enforce Environmental - Safety - Health rules and regulations in compliance with the standards/ Legal requirements/ Corporate requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the TM Refurbishment Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a similar industry, ideally in technical mortars and grouts or building materials
Previous experience in technical product, marketing and the development of sales and marketing strategies
Ability to structure complex technical information into concise customer focused messages, and to be able to communicate feature/benefits/value proposition to differentiate Sika from competition.
Previous experience in value added and consultative selling.
Previous experience with achieving compliance to regulatory requirements and industry standards (LEED, ASTM, VOC Regulations, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced technical knowledge in construction products
Ability to work with diverse customer groups (architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and owners) in different settings (field and office)
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Ability to travel nationally via airplane, car and train, including overnight travel
Proficient computer literacy (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCad, Lotus Notes)
