- Dictate, modify and adhere to product quality standards from beginning to end;
- Own the end-to-end testing processes & frameworks for our products (web based, mobile and applications);
- Collaborate and communicate with management and development partners regarding test status, progress and issue resolution;
- Propose moderate design improvements and advocate for our end users;
- Identify, prioritize and document bugs;
- Report and guard against all product defects;
- Preferable to have a knowledge of industry standard test automation tools and experience in developing product test to gather test results (
manual testing knowledge is also acceptable);
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows;
- Work closely with product team and design teams to identify test cases;
- Work cross-functionality with a dedicated engineering team to build impactful products;

- 2 years + of relevant work experience;
- Understand and analyze the requirements/stories clearly;
- Build test cases base on stories and acceptance tests belong to test plan of Product Owner;
- Create and perform standard release regression test verification (per platform) to confirm successful code deployments;
- Implement test cases with accuracy and on time to limit the issues after releases;
- Maintain and update the regression test plan and test cases based on new functionality;
- Participate in weekly scrums as well as features planning discussions;
- Utilize Jira Issue Management System to track and manage issue (bug) status;
- Work with
software developers to identify and resolve defects/bugs;
- Good organizational skills and time management skills to work on tight deadlines;
- Ability to meet rigorous deadlines and work effectively with others;
- Passion in internet products and e-commerce landscape;
- Accustomed to drive results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with little instruction or oversight.
- Ability to work independently and in team work; exhibit problem solving ability;
- Proactive and good communication skill with other departments;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership of assigned tasks or projects.
