The Job
The Product team is responsible for researching, building, and improving the product features of SenPay e-wallet (App, Web), App in App Senpay on Sendo, and digital content products on sendo.vn ( in order to improve customer experience, increase the user active rates, and prevent customer complaints.
- Collecting and analyzing user behavior to build product development plan in order to increase customer experience, increase the user active rates, prevent complaints from customers paying via e-wallet, and the digital content services on sendo.vn.
- Coordinating with the technical, business, operation, and customer service teams to develop and execute product features.
- Developing tools to measure and evaluate the product features' effectiveness.
- Building and developing the personnel to meet the business goals of the department and the company.
- Other duties as requested by BOD
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in product development for App and at least 1 year of experience in Banking or Online Payment product.
- Demonstrated ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
- A passion & expertise for web/mobile platforms and technologies
- A diverse portfolio of projects that demonstrate your skills in product management
- Great communication skills and an ability to explain your design decisions clearly, including the problem you are solving, alternative options you considered, and preferred solutions.
