Product Content Manager enables teams throughout Platinumlist to deliver emotional and well thought out content for our customers, improve product performance and business indicators. Through our content management and e-commerce capabilities, we empower customers to feel "need to go" through engaging content.
We are looking for a Product Content Manager that will be responsible for the entire product content strategy, will process product pages and their structure that we are selling based on priorities, will be able to provide take care of all content items and needs, where involved, with optimal SEO value and will implement content optimization for the benefit of improving the customer journey and increase conversions within choice and sales funnels.
As a Product Content Manager for our event marketplace, you'll be a part of an agile team to enable omnichannel content management and authoring capabilities through our CMS. You'll be responsible for developing a content roadmap, maintaining localization process, managing day-to-day content delivery and quality improvements, and supporting discovery activities as we help content inspire customers to visit events more often and basically meet users' needs wherever they are.
What You'll Do

Be a trusted partner to the product, operations, marketing and sales teams with an informed perspective related to content functionality, features, customer needs and patterns, and use cases. Communicate with representatives of the sales,
product management and other internal teams to identify and deliver the optimal formats and content for any
communication opportunity with end users and service partners

Developing the editorial planning, execution, evaluation and reports.

Develop, edit, and guide content
development including: event descriptions, tags, content ranking, content structure, videos and acceleration, listings for the categories and shop window.

Ensure content reinforces established product positioning, messaging and insights that influence product and market strategy.

Support evolution of product and content strategy including positioning, communications, and launch, as necessary.

Participate in discovery activities and bring the voice of the customer to everything we do.

Identify system enhancements, document business needs, and determine development impacts.

Recommend scalable process improvements; identify and share best practices and tools.

Maintain reporting on OKRs and production support metrics to monitor performance.

Build trusted relationships through clear and consistent communication with business and technical stakeholders.

Processing based on established targets in a bi-weekly sprint planning

Management: Specifications, gallery and product texts

Event detail pages - manage/ adjust descriptions

Add all relevant and mandatory specifications for events (tags, attributes, teasers, custom acceleration labels)
