Your Role
A
procurement executive job description includes buying goods and services for a company, negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers, and ensuring quality and efficiency. A procurement executive may also perform bidding processes, monitor supplier performance, prepare proposals and purchase orders, and resolve issues and concerns.
Responsibilities
Build and retain a strong relationship with suppliers.
Research potential vendors/ Sourcing new supplier
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Work with suppliers to make sure projects are on time, on quality, and on budget.
Support another team member.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Negotiate on purchasing terms and cost with vendors.
Coordinate with
warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
In charge of buying ingredients, equipment, tools, services....
Prepare contracts and paperwork.
Review quality of purchased products.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Update order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Requirements
Able to work independence and under pressure.
Preferably 1- 2 years of experience
Flexible and resourceful
Good teamwork
Have experience in the F&B, startup company is an advantage.
Fluent in English
Good at handling contract and paperwork
Good
communication and negotiation
