Job Description
In charge of campaign types across all platforms of the company, coordinate with internal and external departments to prepare and execute effective campaigns, measure, and report insights.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns for pharmacy and clinic customers on different platforms.
- Daily management and control with Digital team, Campaign team, and Promotion team to ensure efficiency and achieve assigned KPIs.
- Learn and build customer insight, customer behavior; coordinate with sales team to build customer touch-point journey.
- Build customer architect to automate customer service and sales processes including educating customers to use apps/websites to ensure repeat customer rate and churn rate.
- Plan and strategize with Campaign team to help increase sales for registered sellers and GMV guide from campaigns, ensure platform growth and establish e-commerce consumption mentality of platform users.
- Work with Sellers team and Supply team to understand consumer's product insight to bring the best benefits to customers and contribute to delivering targets.
- Work with Promotion and Finance team to analyze promotional code metrics and set up quarterly or seasonal reward programs.
- Work with digital, marketing analyst and tech team to set up tracking, understand the system and new features.
- Be responsible for full-cycle campaign
project management; planning, hands-on execution, real-time monitoring, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
- Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management preferred.
- Knowledge of
business intelligence and performance media is a plus.
- Good leadership skills & motivated team members.
- Project management skills: you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure performance on campaigns, project management skills are a must-have
- Numerical skills: You will work with numbers & figures, data analysis skills to get insight & actions for campaigns.
