CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER
Work Location: Remote/ Hanoi base
Reports to: Head of Operation in Vietnam
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing Customer Lifecycle Management post sales: onboarding, KYC, document collection, regulatory filings, etc
Guide new customers through the configuration and implementation of the product. Support customers on technical issues based on document guidelines and tutorials.
Liaise with other areas to resolve information or project requests by other departments
Explore what success means to the customer and ensure that they reach their goals in terms of Marketing and
Sales consultantResponsible to show value to the customer so that they renew and upgrade subscription
Up-sales with new features provided
Develop feedback funnel and passing customer feedback to the engineering team to set the future direction of
product developmentMonthly collect revenue sharing
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with external customers
Highly responsible
Proficiency with software products
Strong working knowledge of Google Applications, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Form and managing multiple Google calendars
Keen attention to detail
Ability to listen and come up with creative solution
