Position overview
As an HR Officer (Employee engagement) at TRG International, you will be performing various HR-administrative tasks. And your focus will be on co-hosting internal events, preparation for the onboarding-offboarding process, and managing our team of global interns.
Not only will you work with processes and documents, but also with people. Currently, we have more than 12 different internal events and activities to connect and engage our growing teams, a portion of them are international interns. Thus, you bear on your shoulders another fairly "heavy responsibility" - assisting, supporting, and ensuring our TRGers (that's what we called our team members) are happy.

What does a successful HR Officer (employee engagement) look like?
Employee experience
Conduct 1 on 1 meetings and testimonial interviews to get insights and reflections into our TRGers' experience
Improve the way we listen to, communicate with, engage, and motivate employees
Develop and monitor a variety of internal
communication types, including but not limited to presentations, announcements, blog posts, visuals, and videos
In charge of intern
recruitment & engagement
Internal events
Independently plan, execute, and build ways to connect and engage our internal teams with our series of ongoing events and activities.
Design, implement, and analyse results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives. Use outcomes to help drive organisational improvement
Administrative tasks
Update existing and newly recruited TRGers' information in HR software and TRG's internal systems
Document processes and coordinate new hire orientations, e.g., organise onboarding sessions, create onboarding cards, etc.
Maintain a consistent and accurate employee database on different HR-related tools, platforms, and systems
Any other assignments and responsibilities assigned by HRM
What you need
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, planning and organising events
An infinitely curious and open mind
Passionate about bringing the best experience to our employees
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced
environmentWilling to work under the pressure of multi-tasking
A highly adaptable team player with a detailed-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (IELTS > 6.5 is preferred)
