Sales Development
• To identify new sales opportunities and new customers whose profile match the strategy defined by GM sales.
• To achieve the number of prospect visits and client visits as defined by GM Sales, to generate sales volumes, revenues.
• To create competitive offers to prospects with the support of Inside Sales.
• To maintain CRM accurate constantly: interlocutors, meetings reports, quotations, traffic.
• Weekly reporting to GM Sales under agreed template.
• To complete the committed budget by developing business with the identified targets.
• To conduct sales calls and customers' visit.
• To obtain sales leads and coordinate with overseas agents to gain new business.
Operations Coordinator
• Manage account from prospection stage to
customer care:
• Handle Quotations/ SOP and transfer to Customer Operation Support
• Monitor customer satisfaction experience and Bollore Logistics performance
• Handle resolution of complaints through further investigation with concerned parties
• Follow up with Operations team to make sure shipment are handled smoothly.
• Implement Bolloré Logistics' procurement policy and develop solutions:
• Approve the suppliers at a Branch level
• Oversee tender requests to Branch suppliers
• Be accountable for the quality of the Branch's data (e.g.: rate, database)
• Assist to Front Office in designing solutions
• Act as main contact for the Branch's partners and maintain good relationships with them
• Monitor supplier service quality
• Monitor the quality of operational data
• Be responsible for the quality of business data in TMS, DMP, LINK (e.g.: files, events, etc...)
Accounting & Admin tasks:
• Provide the support on all Accounting & Admin tasks for the branch office and /or assigned by
Finance Manager & HR Manager from HCM Head office.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Freight forwarding knowledge.
• Service oriented and able to work well in a fast paced, team- oriented environment.
• Great listening and verbal skills with customer.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate good teamwork.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good computer and keyboard skills.
