1) To Follow the Business Workflow Procedure Manual and;
2) To Be Responsible for Booking the Independent Contractors (Collaborator) for Each Business Activities and;
3) To Conduct a Proper Documentation of Each Contractor Registration with:
a. Independent Contractor Contract Documentation
4) To Handle Accurate Data Entries and Reconciliation to the 3 Key Database Files of;
a. "Independent Contractor Registration Database File"
b. "Recruitment Log Database File"
c. "Accounting Report (Monthly Independent Contractor Recruitment)"
5) To Reconcile the "Attendance Log (SPO)" with the "Recruitment Log Database".
6) To Issue the Alarm to the
General Director for "over-spending" versus the budget and;
7) To Create a Report of the Monthly Recruitment Log and;
a. Submission of the appropriate internal documentation to the relevant office
i. "Payroll Summary Table" (Accounting Office)
ii. "Payment Request Doc" (Accounting Office)
8) To Follow Up the Duties, Concerning the Semi-Permanent Medical Human Resource Dispatching.
9) Any Other Duties, Assigned by General Director
Qualifications:
1. Language Proficiency (English) - Elementary Level Acceptable
2. Minimum 1-Year of Experience in Administrative Tasks;
3. Intermediate I.T Skills of Basic Office Software(Google Applications);
4. Communication Skill, Problem Solving Skill, Quick learning Skill;
