Support HR Manager in administrative works such as air ticket, hotel accommodation, transportation arrangement, visa / work permit, daily courier, contact list, reception operation...to provide an efficient service.
Take charge of the reception counter, receive incoming calls and transfer to the right person.
Take care of daily courier & mailing service, ensuring in-out mails are managed and delivered to the right people and sort them into appropriate ways with no loss.
Support administrative works in office management including office lease, parking, document filing, arrange office files, manage stationeries in a proper way.
Check & follow-up payment in administrative task.
Keep meeting rooms and open office area clean & neat. Take care of the booking of meeting rooms in a proper way.
Support logistics for monthly leadership meetings.
Support and follow up related payments for HR team.
Join and support the team in office management projects.
Employee Engagement:
Support HR team to run office health & safety activities to provide a safe and pleasant working environment.
Support HR Manager in recruitment logistics, follow up the onboarding for newcomers and exit for leavers.
Support in administrative & logistics in staff engagement activities such as
team building, townhall meeting, year-end party, cross function connection, leadership talk, and other activities as required.
Compose internal HR communication and send to all employees on time.
