The role will be working hybrid (a blend of onsite and remote work). Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall timeline for critical New Product Introduction (NPI) release
- Meet with cross functional teams (Marketing, PE, TE, Operations, Logistics) for material planning to meet Product Line NPI qualification and sample shipment timeline
- Material planning, scheduling, expediting and tracking to end customer requirement
- Manage systems to capture and track material plans and status
- Track NPI budget and procurement execution of budget
- Facilitate shipping process for customer samples and evaluation boards/systems & track to completion
- Raise and track Engineering Build Requests for NPI builds at OSAT, work directly with OSAT and procurement on delivery dates as well as expedites
- Direct procurement of BOM components for NPI samples and tracking inventory availability to future demand
- Direct transfer activities from NPI at US RD sites to HVM at Asia manufacturing sites, including managing timeline, capacity planning, and
- Track Quarterly KPI's for NPI activities at R&D Labs (OEE, capacity versus demand, OpEx spending)

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)
- AA or BS degree in Business or related field
- 2+ years' experience in material planning or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Knowledge in ERP preferred
- Communicate effectively
