    Mô tả công việc
    • Work closely to CMO, Project Manager, Marketing Team and Community Team.
    • Build the internal working process of the marketing team, monitor the working performance of each team member.
    • Design marketing master plan, identification of business strategy, through conducting an ongoing market analysis.
    • Meet established KPI targets for Marketing Team.
    • Provide regular status updates to Founders, CMO as well as your team members.
    • Identify prospective partnership opportunities for the project.
    • Build and manage a pipeline of integration and co-marketing opportunities with partners.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with project's founders or team representatives.
    • Taking care of channels and working groups with partners, weekly project progress updates for partners and investors.
    • Work through the entire funnel from awareness, right down to retention to drive user acquisition and business growth.
    • Support to monitor all social media channels, plan for partnership-related announcements on social channels.
    • Track metrics and analyze data to optimize our marketing campaigns and ads.
    • Follow up on the status of the community and social platforms (Facebook, Discord, Telegram, Website, Twitter, Medium, ...)
    Yêu cầu công việc
    • Have 5+ years experience of working in a growth/marketing function with a track record of delivering success (ideally for a tech company or start-up)
    • Experience working in digital marketing campaigns.
    • Well established network in the finance and crypto environment is a plus.
    • A strong interest in and willingness to learn about blockchain and cryptocurrency.
    • Experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns for blockchain projects.
    • Top-tier writing skills specifically focused on persuasion and education.
    • Being data-driven and performing analysis of data to tell a story, drive campaigns and experiment with growth.
