    Job Description
    - Documentation control:
    • Generate the contracts and agreement according to the final confirmation between SSV and Suppliers. Follow up the contract flow until it is completely signed by relevant parties. Store and share the documents in physical and digital records.
    • Proactively manage contract and document templates to ensure the version is always updated and available to the team via merchandising's an internal system including Supplier portal and Merchandising working process.
    • Manage the time period of documents to ensure the contracts are fully resigned before contract validation.
    • Retrieve files as requested by the internal team.
    • Coordinate with category leader and supplier to provide related quality documents to the QA department.
    • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement
    • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
    - Database management:
    • Daily review the master data file to ensure it is the latest update and work with IT team for any issues.
    • Daily execution on/ off product orderable in the system when required.
    - Relationship management:
    • Builds strong relationships and fosters teamwork among functions, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
    • Acts as a relationship partner with internal and external customers by establishing and maintaining open lines of communication.
    • Provides support to initiatives of other team members to achieve maximum business performance.
