STRATEGIC THINKING, PLANNING
- Market understanding and analysis with the strong sense of change fast, smart failure and keep changing.
- Develop a marketing plan based on understanding the market, distribution needs, products and business requirement, objectives and KPIs.
- Develop the communication approach and activities with different target audiences (from internal, salesforce to mass audience) for different purpose from product launch, marketing support for sales etc...
- Develop a product launch plan with understanding different product segment, target customers and market trend and working with product to ensure the right product proposition for communication.
- Understand different distribution teams & needs to develop and deliver appropriate sales enablement tools to support sales and recruitment (for sales)
IMPLEMENTATION & MANAGEMENT
- Manage the team to work and implement on all initiatives, activities from product launch, marketing support for sales activities & sales recruitment of different distribution channels
- Lead creative development to answer different passion points for different target segments based on the approved communication approach & frameworks
- Ensure to supervise team and establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Ensure to supervise team to measure and report performance of all activities including ROI & KPIs
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor activities rolled-out and target reactions and proactive propose improved/ adjusted plan quickly when needed to catch up with the situation & market trend
- Be marketing representative and leading all conversation with other business stakeholders to ensure the implementation being aligned, cascaded and supported well from other stakeholders.
- Responsible for all aspects of projects including meeting deadlines, time management, budgeting, campaign analysis and tracking/ monitoring
- Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal stakeholders and key leadership
- Manage both inhouse & outsource creative production for both online and offline marketing assets, content production
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Encourage and inspire subordinates to deliver all the execution plan with quality.
- Take corrective action with subordinates when performance needs improvement, provide coaching and support when necessary.
- Help subordinates to develop their career roadmap.
- Empower subordinates with specific assigned projects.
- Be a role model for subordinates.
- Oversee team operation and keep updating team activities to match with work requirement: re-allocation human resource, restructure team, work allocation, update working process and risk management .
Review and update functional operation manuals and functional risk control.
Job Requirements / Yêu cầu
- At least 8 year of experience working in multi-national Marketing Dept. or Advertising Agencies
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Proven ability at planning either account planning in Advertising Agencies or brand/ marketing planning in the similar roles with at least 03-year experience.
- Proven ability to develop marketing planning with strong logical thinking and deep understanding of business objective, marketing need/ trend to propose practical, relevant activities from both on social, digital and offline.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Ability to communicate & manage the conversation with all levels of an organization comfortably
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices, especially on social channels
- Agile spirit and be able to adapt with fast change
- Degree in marketing or a related field
