    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    A.Data Collection and Interpretation:
    • Translate Marketing requirements into structured data flows.
    • Mine data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their usage behaviors, including impacts of current marketing strategies.
    • Provide analysis for actionable insights and report to manager level to drive the business forward.
    • Collaborate with the Product/CRM teams and operational teams, responsible for campaign pre and post analysis, experiment design, segmentation, performance measurement and more.
    • Build performance dashboard with data infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Excel, pivot table, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau etc.
    • Perform operational data analysis tasks to support business requirements, including but not limited to data extraction, analysis, aggregation.
    B.Create Reports and Data Visualizations:
    • Use the findings from performing research and analyzing data to create written reports management can use to monitor the company's metrics and make decisions
    • Develop dashboards that provide reliable insights and visualization into user and channel performance relative to performance indicators, projections, and historical performance.
    • Design automated reporting and provide recommendation to business users.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor Degree; education from a foreign, internationally-recognized school is an advantage
    • Knowledgeable of data warehousing & mining, Power Query, Data Analysis, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, design and build data models using SQL. Strong SQL skills required for building tables, views, and implementing complex logic.
    • Proven excellent interpersonal communications, listening, and presentation skills, in both Vietnamese and English
    • Independent thinking, agile & innovative approach to problem solving
    • 3+ years of experience working in similar or related domain
