FUNCTIONAL OBJECTIVE: Generate quality guest to maximize company profits through cross promotions, events and direct marketing
- Organize and execute events and promotional campaigns to build a qualified lead database while maintaining our brand values
- Be responsible for all operational, implementation and post-event activities. Execute and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
- REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
50% Production:
- Work closely with sales, communications, digital marketing & multimedia team to effectively promote events to target audiences and obtain accurate event specification.
- Work closely with internal and external marketing groups and partners to define event and promotional goals, objectives and specific implementation plans that promote company brand.
- Prepare and manage production of all marketing collaterals
- Assist to negotiate agreement with outside providers and subcontractors to ensure low cost and highest quality of service.
30% Communication:
- Relationship-building with key community and business leaders.
- Establish communication protocols and operating producers with planning committees, vendors and partners.
- Conduct research and develop feasibility studies to indentify new event and promotional opportunities for company.
20% Analytics & Administration:
- Maintain a calendar of events and promotion campaigns and implement a system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective event and promotion management for the company campaigns and events.

- Prepare event and promotion programs and confirm all necessary preparation are in order
- Provide post-event/campaign analysis, budget recaps and participant, feedback and incorporate learning into our future plans.
- Develop event and promotion reports and distribute as requires to sponsor, participants and others.
- Collect information and report to meet 100% deadlines.
- Contribute to team building activities
