*** The position
ASIA DMC is currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in Hanoi and lead the company's marketing and communication effort. In a hybrid and scalable role, you will be in charge of creating and delivering content in line with ASIA DMC's positioning and targeted audiences. The role includes responsibilities in PR, but also in marketing material creation and product literature.
*** Reporting directly to the
General Manager, your main duties will be:
- Design and execute a result-driven multi-channels PR strategy to support
business development's goals and targets.
- Schedule, create and deliver original and appealing social media content.
- Develop and manage relationships with media, agencies and other key strategic PR partners from our source markets.
- Support business development efforts through the creation of marketing materials and collaterals (videos, prints, e-brochures...).
- Overview and insure consistency in the whole company's literature including tour programs' descriptions.
- Lead the development of a new website and other online presence channels to optimize the company's visibility and reachability.
- Analyze agents' needs and expectations and manage website's contents and features to improve its business efficiency.
- Manage the company's images library (photos and videos). Lead its development to always match the needs at marketing, products and business development levels.
- Lead internal communication and support HR in delivering messages and actions to build and maintain a strong team spirit.
- At least a Bachelor Degree in marketing, hospitality, business administration ore related field
- Native English-speaker with excellent writing skills
- Dynamic, hands-on, autonomous individual

- Good knowledge of the destinations (Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia)
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a bonus
- Photography and videography skills are a bonus
