Conduct the hotel promotion advertisement concept with bilingual language.
Conduct hotel event proposal and coordinate inter-departmental work to ensure the event execution.
Assistant to the
MarCom Manager to maintain the media relationship for hotel.
Core role is to optimize the website marketing, manage the use of the Guest Communications tool, SOP, online content management tools for third parties &/or Melia branded websites, propose online advertising plan and be the primary owner of all relevant online reporting.
Pay close attention to the market and competitor to update the market information.
Summary and manager the hotel database for the use of promotion delivery.
Compile daily and monthly reports as required.
Assist in arranging necessary documents for
Marketing Communications Manager when going on business trips.
To keep close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels
Attend to and deliver all requirements of the head office and the corporate communication offices within the given deadlines.

College Degree or above in Marketing or Business
AdministrationFluent in English written and spoken
Microsoft Office, Power point, Excel, Photoshop
A minimum of 1 year experience in the hotel or media industry in a similar position
1 year in the same position in hotels of similar category and services.
