To be responsible for overall management of the division's growth, performance and profitability.
- To ensure that the division's sales target and all agency sales targets are met.
- To be responsible for the performance and general welfare of all agency lines in the division.
- To identify potential customers and their needs and expand their base by bringing in new customers/projects.
- To initiate and strategise acquisition of new agency lines with the objective to growth the business in the respective division.
- To ensure that all territories are being effectively assigned to all Units Managers/Product Managers/Specialists for optimal coverage.
- To ensure that all agency lines are being effectively appointed to respective Product Managers based on their knowledge and capabilities.
- To review and approve all sales & marketing programmes presented.
- To ensure all reports required by the management are submitted accordingly.
- To conduct regular meetings and submit regular reports on the progress of the sales team.
- To be responsible for subordinates' appraisals.
- To effectively manage, coach and mentor all Unit Managers, Products Managers and
Business Support Executives.
- To act as the lead in establishing and maintaining all principals and customers' relations.
- To perform any other work as and when required.
