 Act as engineering liaison with new product design and development to ensure processes and designs are compatible
 Plan and divert resources efficiently and effectively towards realizing the business goal
 Place emphasis on long term business horizon and advice on the strategic move
 Coordinate with manufacturing, equipment, manufacturing support function to execute business plan
 Drive all related engineering projects to be on time, on budget, and meet the project goals
 Ensure conformance of organization to processes and controls
 Ensure a clean, safe and healthy work environment for the organization
 Other duties as assigned

 Degree holder in Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering or related discipline .
 Must have actual Knowledge and Hands on experience in Equipment and Process at MOLD and TNF Process
 Must be well verse on Mold and TnF Toolings , Design , Dimension and Tolerancing Metrology
 Knowledge on Tooling materials and Properties ( Carbide materials, Tool steel , Coating technology for parts )
 Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Engineering at BE
 Not less than 3 years holding capacity in senior managerial position
 Be accountable for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects
 Proven track record of successfully leading teams to achieve manufacturing engineering excellence - including execution, root cause analysis and resolution, manufacturing process and infrastructure readiness, project management and cost management
 Manage to empower engineers to drive technical decisions
 Capable of driving technical implementation timelines in a fast-paced environment
 Well versed in Semiconductor Automotive Quality and Business requirements
