Mô tả công việc
- Ensure smooth office operation management (including office machines, stationery, car arrangement, Taxi/Grab, etc.).
- Management of office facilities in the company (computers, internet service, landline phones, printers, etc.).
- Be in charge of the payment for the general office operating expenses.
- Be the contact point & supporter for all the general affairs matters in the office.
- Other duties upon assignment by the Team leader.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree or Higher.
- Proficient in English (Written & Verbally).
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Admin, GA and Office Operation position.
- Experience in working for Korean companies & International Corporations is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
* Working place: Lotte Properties Hanoi Co., Ltd - Lac Long Quan, Tay Ho, Hanoi
* Working time: Full-time 40 hours/week, from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
