What you do
Daily manage transportation movement responsible by 1P, 2P, 3P logistics, including first-mile, last-mile delivery of orders & line-haul transportation.
Track plans and all Linehaul transits daily
Analyze the performance of 1PL, 2PL, 3PL and set up an appropriate operation process for partners.
Weekly, monthly, annual performance reviews.
Deal with ad-hoc and proactively contacting with carriers, internal departments to solve problems.
Delivering backlog management.
Discuss transportation needed for Hubs or Sorting Centers for daily planning.
Monitor and resolve shipping route issues
Innovatively propose different business models as well as ideas on enhancing the effectiveness of the Delivery Process.
Requirements
College graduate or equivalent
3+ years in the E-commerce, Logistics Industry.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Good
English communicationKnowledge in working with Warehouse Management Systems, Delivery/Transportation Management Systems.
Ability to work under pressure and huge workloads
Logically time management and task-management
Good at working with numbers and multitasks
Computer skills (MS Office) and SQL knowledge is an advantage
Willing to work overtime
