PSK is urgently looking for a Vietnamese Logistic Controller with experience in working in import-export, in-depth knowledge of
documentation. (3-month contract)
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with all related teams in HTC (Subsystems,
Quality Control, Construction &
Installation, Accounting, Contract), forwarders, suppliers to ensure Shipping, Transportation,
Receiving work at warehouses.
• Prepare shipping documents and review the shipping documents from suppliers.
• Prepare Submissions to Client.
• Check draft Import Lists and coordinate with the Client's representative to obtain Import
List Approval.
• Check Import Declaration Forms and Tax Notices and prepare Payment Request.
• Prepare letters related shipping and importation to the client and related Authorities.
• Update delivery related control lists, Shipping Monitoring Sheet, Material Control Schedule,
etc.
• Check Debit Notes from forwarders.
• Coordinate with Quality Control Department to carry out the Receiving Inspection.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and forwarders to hand over materials.
• Support and Coordinate with Contract Department to carry out payment claims to the client.
• Coordinate with the Clients and Customs for Import Project Cargoes smoothly.
• Coordinate with agents to obtain certificates/licenses to import materials/equipment.
• Coordinate the implementation of documents control for all activities for Logistics.
• Ensure to instruct Forwarders for necessary activity.
• Other tasks instructed by Logistics and Material Control Manager and/or Assistant Logistic
and Material Control Manager.
Required Skill and knowledge
1) Total Year of Experience in Forwarding Company and/or Manufacturer's Logistics
Department (Import/Export the materials); 5 years
2) Fluent in English, in particular strong skill in speaking, writing, interpretation and translation
