Leasing Officers.
- Work location: HCM Head Office, 15F LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao, D1, HCMC
- Working time: 5 days/ week (Monday - Friday)
- Report to: Senior Executive/ Manager
Job summary: Implement the commercial leasing activities for new projects and current shopping malls; proactively fill up all vacant areas with suitable tenants to achieve 100% target of the project in order to contribute to malls development.
- 1. Update the retail market in order to complete leasing work as per assignment and achieve budget.
- 2. Increase database by finding new tenants and new concepts for better selection to ensure best tenancy mix for the shopping mall.
- 3. Handle leasing process: Preparing presentation, looking for potential tenants, setting up meetings with tenants and negotiate to close deals.
- 4. Prepare and deliver accurate and professional leasing documents/ procedure/reports timely.
- 5. Follow up with tenants during fit-out period to assure opening date. Coordinate with related departments to solve tenants 'problem when needed.
- 6. Understand tenants' business by deep study and analysis, actively build and maintain good relationship with tenants for better negotiation.
- 7. Analyze the performance and traffic of current malls regularly to propose improvement plan.
- 8. Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
