Coordinate with the Head of OHR and other managers to research and find out the training demand from the Employees in order to recommend and propose the appropriate training programs in accordance with the approval budget;
Develop training objectives, identified resources and activities necessary for accomplishing training objectives;
Execute the attendance of Employee in the training programs;
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees or consultation with managers, instructors, or customer representatives;
Coordinated the training of new recruits;
Select and assign instructors to conduct training;
Managed Training Programs, and maintained accurate schedules, records, and other relevant metrics;
Coordinated with other departments to list the employees need training;
Accessing funding for training and write proposals;
Requesting employee to comply policies and procedure while taking training;
Contracting the training provider to schedule dates and time;
Other tasks assigned by the Head of OHR.
Yêu cầu công việc
3+ years of experience in Learning and development and Course budgeting
Having essential knowledge in Real estate/Hospitality/Education/Banking industries
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in English
Ability to build rapport with employees and external suppliers.
