    JOB DESCRIPTION
    • PRODUCT MAINTENANCE - Assist with upgrading current products to ensure they match Easia Travel Group's standards, image, and values. Additionally, ensure that all databases are up-to-date and accurate.
    • PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT - Assist the Production Manager with researching, creating, and launching new products catering to current market trends and client needs.
    • ASSIST WITH TRAINING - Work with the Production Manager to prepare and provide training and updates on new and existing products to ensure that all other departments are updated on product information.
    • SUPPORT - Coordinate with other departments, encourage synergies, and collaborate with relevant departments in carrying out processes, and determine what factors need to change promptly.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
    • Good skills in a second language are highly desirable.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • High level of personal presentation.
    • Flexible, willing, and available to travel often (especially in the low season).
    • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
    • Excellent time management and planning skills.
    • Knowledge of data processing (PC and Microsoft software)
    • Knowledgeable about the tourism industry.
    • A similar experience in Laos or another Southeast Asian Country is highly desirable.
    • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, proactive, and creative.
    • Hardworking, capable of working independently, overtime, and under pressure.
