Training Assistant Manager is required to Support Regional L& Director in below tasks:
- Planning, Designing Program Development to meet the business needs
- Coordinate and Deliver training program effectively
- Analyze and Continued learning
• Facilitation of organization development conduct the training as and when required
• Consolidate all TNAs to make the training plan at high level
• Resource learning solutions and processes; evaluate the learning effectiveness to improve the L&D activities
• Management of resources, reporting and
administration• Providing the training reports to relevant stakeholders
• Establish, manage and nurture effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good IT skills
• Initiative
• Ability to priorities and plan effectively
• Awareness of different media agendas
• Creativity
• Experience working as Public Relation (PR) position is preferable
• Knowledge of L&D for adult training
• Good at MS Office, canvas, PowerPoint, be able to design a simple video
• Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English; presentation skills
• Ability to tailor communications (written, verbal, video, etc.) to best meet the needs of the audience
• Be able to see a bigger picture behind every story and be able to translate it to relevant and engaging content for multi-stakeholders.
•
Project management, emotional intelligence, business acumen, and facilitation
• Solid expertise in the campaign and channel analysis and reporting
