This is a great opportunity to work within an international environment as part of a global operating department that sets the method, process and tool standards for our R&D organization to drive the knowledge for technology and innovation in our global development projects.
Our team lives and maintains a great team spirit and we work closely together with our international colleagues across all domains.
YOUR TASKS:
- Development of innovative solution for (digital) learning approaches to ensure knowledge transfer in our engineering project teams
- Definition of career paths to support and motivate employees regarding improvement of individual competences in development projects
- Setting up new community and workshop concepts to enable experts within global project teams to grow as a learning group
- Conduction of expert and management workshops to identify requirements and content for new training concepts
- Creation and analysis of reporting to ensure sustainable governance of training offer
- Applying instructional design methods and practice in authoring tools/web-based e-learning software to create high quality digital training content
- Acting as key-contact, sparring partner and manage technical experts, topic owner and training
content creator in a virtual/onsite and international environment

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- University / College degree in engineering, economics, business admin./-management or HR
- Experienced in knowledge management in technical development projects or similar areas
- Very good conceptional understanding for learning methods
- Digital native with the ability to think out of the box
- Very good communication skills
- Confident, agile, innovative & pragmatic
- Fluent in English (mandatory, reading, writing, speaking)
- Very good knowledge in Office 365 (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
The person we are looking for is an organized person and can demonstrate the ability to function independently in a broad dynamic framework, with strict deadlines and is able to interact with different stakeholder groups/levels
