• Observe, greet, and take care of customers coming to the counter
• Respond promptly to the requirements of customers for food & drinks
• Provide information about the club & hotel menus for customers according to their membership's level
• Provide guests with accurate, friendly and professional services
• Work together with Chef, Barista & other departments to deliver best service & meet the needs of customers
• In charge of cooking, baking, making drink orders, coffee orders and table service (take orders, serve food with staffs and check feedback from customer) to customers if necessary
• Prepare daily fruit plates, fresh juices & drink decorations
• Preparing the trolley for service in the club
• Keep track of food & drink inventory to quickly order from company's suppliers
• Clean the dishes & glasses
• Maintains the safe and healthy work
environment• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance and promptly report any problems to the leaders (if any)
• Strictly follow the club's rules & regulations
• Keep grooming professionally well and tidy up floor all the time
• Other tasks according to the requirements appointed by the Club Executive Management
• Female, under 27 years old, good appearance
•
English communication, high school graduated.
• Having experience in the same role or working in five-star hotels environment is an advantage.
• Be able to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.
• Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
