2. General management of all financial-accounting related activities
- Perform work allocation of accounting department;
- Make the form of documents and papers in accordance with the provisions of law;
- Make detailed work plans and organize the implementation of the tasks of the accounting department;
- Regularly organize inventory of assets and cash flows related to business activities or interests of the enterprise;
3. Management and training of
accounting staff- Coordinating work for suitable accountants;
- Supervising, checking and evaluating the work efficiency of employees;
- Training, guiding and improving professional skills for accountants;
4. Manage accounting system, accounting books, invoices - business documents
- Calculation of product cost, tax calculation entries;
- Reconcile debts with customers;
- Control the process, make all kinds of documents, books and assets;
- Prepare balance sheet, investigate financial statements of the company.
- Monitor the archiving activities of the company's original accounting books, invoices and documents in accordance with regulations
5. Advise for leaders on controlling financial activities
- Identify internal financial reserves, reduce costs for the company;
- Solve financial problems, advise leaders to ensure financial benefits for the company;
- Make recommendations to prevent business risks, propose solutions to attract financial resources for the company's budget;
6. Preparing - presenting financial statements
- Periodically coordinate with accountants and
general accountants to prepare financial statements to summarize the business situation of the company;

- Having at least 3 years of experience in the position of chief accountant, have worked in Logistics or Forwarder company;
- Mastering tax laws, accounting standards, understanding the financial and accounting management system of enterprises;
- Certified Chief Accountant;
