- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, email or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, place orders on behalf of customers and provide delivery information
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Perform customer verification
- Process orders, requests and deliver report in timely manner
- Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
- Manage customers' accounts
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Record details of actions taken
- Prepare and distribute monthly usage reports to customers
- Maintain customer databases
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate well with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Yêu cầu công việc
- College/ University degree, majoring in English or economic related fields
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
- Careful and attention to details
- Interpersonal skills
