The Job
The BA is responsible for ensuring client requirements are fully understood and specified enough accurately to transfer to the development team. The BA will work directly with team leader, supervisor and developer for new requirements and documentation processes. Reporting to team leader in daily meeting and PM/APM in weekly meeting
- Gather business and functional requirement from PM/APM
- Conduct requirement analysis, predict high risks and suggest optimal solution
- Make functional specification, User Guide, User Stories, define UX/User behavior (if needed)
- Transfer business specification to development team and Q&A with PM/APM
- Assist Leader on functional estimation and planning
- Verify all requirements are fulfilled by the implementation before released
Your Skills and Experience
- Obtaining IT knowledge-base
- 1 year of working experience in analyst requirements
- Basic knowledge on UML and diagram tool
- Knowledge to create wireframe and mockups
- Basic experience in programming languages
- Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skill
- Good English skill to be able to report directly with PM/APM
- Logistic business domain knowledge is a plus
