Responsibilities(including but not limited to)
- Entry of accounting data into excel and/or software
- Organize, analyze, review, modify and verify the correctness & accuracy of data
- Maintain electronic records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Handle confidential information in all forms ensuring it being remained secure
- Communicate with and respond to clients
- Report job status regularly and occasionally
- Other duties assigned

Qualification
- Fresher or in 4th grade at a university who can work full time
- Majoring in accounting, finance, banking and etc.
- Experience in accounting firm is preferred including internship
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
- Excellent Microsoft excel skill is a must
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be dependable, responsible and prepared to work scheduled hours
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of privileged information
- Ability to learn rapidly, absorb, and follow a wide range of business rules and workflows
