*The Position Objectives:
Working under the daily direction and guidance of
Operation Manager/Principal and Regional IT Manager, the ICT Support Professional will support the ICT department's internal customers (staff, students and visitors) in incident and problem resolution, including productivity software support and follow up ICT requests.
*Responsibilities
1. Deploy/install, maintain, manage IT equipment and standard applications for staff and students
2. Support the school's users to troubleshoot the problems occurring on their IT devices including problems with IT hardware, OS and standard applications, safeguarding, internet access.
3. Acts as a staff/students liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and/or initiating the resolution of problems and concerns
4. Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi-platform computer environment or monitors the production scheduling, execution, and successful completion of production jobs
5. Manage CCTV, PA system, Access Control System, ...
6. Manage Printers and work with supplier to maintain Printers
7. Ensure data is stored securely and is always accessible (e.g., business continuity, disaster recovery and system back up).
8. Plans and prepares preventative maintenance schedules
9. Monitors and reports on network performance and usage, internet bandwidth.
10. Train users on correct and efficient use of hardware/software applications and ensure that it is compiled to the organization's IT policy
11. To fulfil any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time requested by the
line Managers.
Yêu cầu công việc
*Professional attributes
1. Fluency in Vietnamese and English
2. A strong understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and multi-media and web-based productivity applications
3. Good knowledge of both PC and Apple products, Microsoft 365 System
4. Ability to follow manuals and read complicated technical instructions in both Vietnamese and English
5. Ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment including, personal computers, printers, projectors, photocopiers, etc.
*Qualifications and Expertise
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology or equivalent
2. Microsoft Certified Professional (Windows Server, Windows 10/11) is preferred
3. CCNA, MCSA, MCSE or equivalent preferred
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
5. ITIL Knowledge is preferred
6. At least 1 years' experience with desktop, laptop, apple devices and end user helpdesk support
